Preschool kids enjoy Peter Rabbit event!

On Saturday, March 24th, Assisteens Peter Rabbit event was held at Peltzer Farms.  There were 186 Head Start children and family members attending the event.

The kids enjoyed train rides, bean bag toss games, refreshments such a shaved ice, cookies & cupcakes.  Sparkles the Clown entertained the kids with face painting and a show. Easter buckets, books, pencils and candy filled eggs were given to all the preschoolers to take home with them.  About 28 Assisteens and several adults came to help to make this a special day for the families.
