Assistance League Sierra Foothills is a nonprofit 501(c)(3). Your contributions are fully tax deductible. We are an all-volunteer organization therefore your contribution is maximized. All donations stay in the El Dorado County community, benefiting adults and children in need through our philanthropic programs. Your gifts are greatly appreciated.

Corporations partner with us to provide support for our programs. As a corporate sponsor you will be recognized as a community sponsor at our events, on our website, and in our publications for a year from the date of your sponsorship.
Honor Family and Friends
Tribute donations may be made to honor the memory of a loved one or celebrate significant events. We will send a card to the person or family you have chosen to honor. Gift amounts are not listed.
Together with the El Dorado County Office of Education, local retailers and businesses, Assistance League Sierra Foothills provides shopping events for school clothing and sports scholarships to help the disadvantaged children in our county. It’s so gratifying to see children select their first new coat or pair of shoes, or provide a child the ability to play in a local baseball or soccer leagues.
Grants from Corporations and Foundations
Assistance League Sierra Foothills Grants Committee writes proposals to support our philanthropic programs. Grants are especially helpful during this time of great need throughout our community.

Raley’s Nonprofit donation program “Something Extra” is really something Special!
Become a member of Raley’s Something Extra program and select your preferred nonprofit organization. Raley’s will donate 1.5% of each transaction you make at Raley’s and Bel Air to your selected organization. It’s that easy and it’s free! Plus you get discounts and coupons to use when you shop!

You can choose more than one group and allocate percentages. If you are already supporting a local school, think about supporting more than one group. We would love to have you share your support with Assistance League of Sierra Foothills.
Once you have signed up, go to the tab “About Us”. Scroll down to the picture on the left of the little girls in school (Q-card), click on “Extra Credit”. On that page, you will be able to “Search” for the organization to which you want to donate. Type in Assistance and be sure you choose Assistance League of Sierra Foothills!!

Fundraising that lets you “Give us the Clothes off Your Back” (or at least from your closet)
Our chapter receives quarterly checks for sales made on Assistance League donations at ReLoveIt Consignments store in Folsom. Contact Debbie McClenahan 415-860-3772 with questions or to coordinate clothing donations.
It’s so easy. Just drop off your clothing and accessories (let them know they are for the Assistance League’s account) or let Assistance League help you decide what to donate, gently pack and drop it off at ReloveIt at 1300 E. Bidwell, Suite 135, Folsom, CA 95630.

How To Add A Facebook Fundraiser to make it easy for friends to Click and Donate
To create a fundraiser for a charitable organization, click here or follow these steps:
- Click Fundraisers in the left menu of your News Feed. You may need to click See More.
- Click + Raise Money.
- Select Nonprofit or Charity.
- Select Assistance League Sierra Foothills, fill in the fundraiser details and choose a cover photo.
- Click Create.

Sell your unwanted items on Nextdoor and designate the funds go to Assistance League Sierra Foothills. The buyer will pay via PayPal.
- Go to “For Sale or Free.”
- Fill in your posting.
- Select “Donate your sale proceeds”
- Select “Assistance League Sierra Foothills”
