Assistance League of Sierra Foothills is proud to again offer our philanthropic program, Operation School Bell, for students in need of school clothing. All information is available for download from this web page. Please note that voucher amounts are $100 for grades 6 – 8 and $70 for grades K – 5.

Liaison Instructions 2019 (download here). – Please read carefully!! Start at least one month before your shopping date selecting students and distributing info to parents so you will have all returned permission slips in time to send us an accurate list of shoppers the Monday before your scheduled event. Don’t assume that because the permission slip was distributed the family will actually attend.
To access the forms you need, click on each title below, one at a time, download and save each form to your computer. Choose the appropriate Student Participation Forms according to the date your school is scheduled to shop. The rest of the forms at the bottom are the same for every school and date.

OSB Registration Form – list of students who will attend. This is an example of the template used; a copy of this form will be sent to each school coordinator in an EXCEL format. Use the EXCEL format to update and return.
The typed School Registration Form needs to be returned as an email attachment to by the Monday before your event! Students will bring the permission slip to the store to check in before shopping. Families will be greeted by our volunteers when they arrive.
First save the School Registration Form to your computer. Then enter the student names and information. Save your copy, then send it as an attachment our Operation School Bell. Assistance League Regional Leader @ email below. They are available assist in communication with schools and stores in each area. They will contact you before events to see if you need any help or have questions. If you have any questions please contact your Regional Leader:
