Assistance League is an all member volunteer organization.  Our philanthropic programs touch the lives of children, families, and seniors in the San Gabriel Valley.  We rely on the hands-on involvement from members to organize and staff our programs, our Bargain Box Thrift Shop, and serve on committees.  Our chapter has been volunteering in our community for over 60 years!

Member volunteer staffing opportunities include: our Operation School Bell program serving students in need; our senior programs; and our Bargain Box Thrift Shop where we raise the funds needed to run our programs.  Committee volunteer opportunities encompass a wide range of activities such as assisting with our book drive, public relations, social event planning, grant writing, technology, holiday boutique, and more.

Our chapter meets in the morning on the fourth Tuesday of the month September through June, although dates may change to accommodate holidays.  We also enjoy social activities together throughout the year.
