Celebrating over 50 years of service in Carlsbad!

Assistance League of Carlsbad is an all-volunteer, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that puts caring and commitment into action through philanthropic programs in Eddy County, New Mexico.  Member volunteers are dedicated to ongoing support and a long-term presence in the community through hands-on involvement and innovative philanthropic programs.

The Carlsbad chapter was organized in 1966 with about 15 members and chartered in 1970.  There are ~120 Assistance League chapters in 26 states with just under 22,000 members.  In 2018-2019, Assistance League chapters served over 1.5 million people, returned over $43.7 million to local communities across the country and invested ~3.34 million service hours.

Assistance League of Carlsbad currently has ~32 member volunteers working to make Eddy County a better place to live and work through our programs.  In 2019-2020, our dedicated members volunteered over 13,000 hours.  We encourage you to learn more about our chapter and the many ways you can become involved and make a difference.
