Celebrating over 50 years of service in Carlsbad!

Assistance League of Carlsbad is an all-volunteer, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that puts caring and commitment into action through philanthropic programs in Eddy County.  Member volunteers are dedicated to ongoing support and a long-term presence in the community through hands-on involvement and innovative philanthropic programs.

The Carlsbad chapter was organized in 1966 with about 15 members, chartered in 1970.  There are ~120 Assistance League chapters in 26 states with just under 26,000 members.  In 2013-14, Assistance League chapters returned over $38 million to local communities across the country and invested ~3.34 million service hours.

Assistance League of Carlsbad currently has ~43 member volunteers working to make Eddy County a better place to live and work through our programs.  In 2014–15, our dedicated members volunteered over 13,000 hours.  We encourage you to learn more about our chapter and the many ways you can become involved and make a difference.
