End of year meeting for 2022-2023 and installation of new officers for 2023-2024. It’s been a wonderful, productive, supportive, and engaged year. Thank you to all of our supporters, donors, members, officers, committee chairs for all of the hard work and service to those in the Coachella Valley!
On April 5, 2023 at Classic Club, Palm Desert, CA Assistance League® Coachella Valley held their annual baby shower for mothers-to-be from Twentynine Palms Marine Base. Through this shower, support is offered for those who may be far from family and friends during an exciting, yet challenging, stage of their lives.
The Emcee for this year’s Shower was Chloe Carlson, Weathercaster, NBC Palm Springs. Along with enjoying a luncheon, learning more about each mom, and piano entertainment – each mom-to-be received carefully selected gifts to help her prepare for the new family addition. These items included layettes with clothes for the newborn, knit hats, blankets, diapers, a port-a-crib, backpack bassinet for traveling, large tote filled with items, $100 in gift cards, etc.

March 2023 – Preparing new shoes for Coachella Valley Unified School District elementary school students. Donation from Shoes that Fit!

March 2022 – Razzle Dazzle luncheon, silent auction, and live auction at La Quinta Country Club. Raising money for philanthropic programs.
