Cheers for Children is a unique program at Children’s Health Dallas which is staffed by volunteer members of the Assistance League of Dallas. Two gift carts with various items that are age-appropriate for newborns to 18-year olds, go to patient rooms several times a month. One gift may be chosen by each patient every time the patient is visited. Approximately 10,000 are given each calendar year.
