What Happens When the Loan Is Gone?

A Chapter House and Thrift Shop have been the heart of our work for nearly fifty years—where volunteers plan, serve, and welcome the community into our mission. Paying off the current building loan is about more than a loan payment; it is about freeing our resources to do more for Omaha.

Once the remaining loan is retired, approximately $42,000 per year that is currently used for payments can be redirected to philanthropic programs and other chapter needs. That means more children clothed, more families supported, and more flexibility to respond to emerging needs in our community.
