BRIGHT BEGINNINGS

BRIGHT BEGINNINGS is the umbrella for the following:

WEE WARDROBE fills the needs of teen parents participating in the Teen Parent Connections
program of the County of Sonoma Department of Health Services. This past year, the program
provided 52 baby layettes and 50 Christmas gifts.

SCHOLARSHIP provides financial assistance to eligible teen mothers at Santa Rosa Junior
College and/or Sonoma State University. This past fiscal year six scholarships were
distributed for a total of $4,500.
