Operation Wish List (OWL), a program of Assistance League of Austin, selects a school in need of community support each year and purchases items requested by the staff of the elementary school to enhance student learning and success. This year, the Assistance League of Austin is dedicating more than $40,000 to Manor ISD school Blake Manor Elementary.
