Assistance League of Capistrano Valley is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization. We are an all-volunteer organization with no paid staff, therefore your donations are maximized. All donations benefit children in need through our philanthropic programs. Your tax deductible donations are greatly appreciated.

Thrift Store Donations

Proceeds from our Thrift Store help fund our philanthropic programs. Bring your donations of new or gently-used clothing, household items and furniture to The Bargain Box Thrift Store located at 526 N. El Camino Real, San Clemente, CA.

We offer quality merchandise at affordable prices. Your donation is tax deductible and a receipt will be provided.

Honor Family & Friends

Tax deductible donations can be made to honor the memory of a loved one or celebrate significant events. We will send a card to the person or family you have chosen to honor. Gift amounts are not listed.

Planning Giving

Planned Giving

When forming or reviewing your estate plan, we would welcome including Assistance League of Capistrano Valley in your planned giving as a 501(c)(3) charity eligible for charitable deductions. The contribution can take many forms as simple as leaving a specific “Cash Bequest” in your Last Will or Living Trust to forming a “Charitable Remainder Unitrust,” or a “Charitable Lead Trust,” or a “Charitable Gift Annuity.”

Donors may also name Assistance League of Capistrano Valley as a beneficiary of their trust, IRA, or retirement plan, or other form of planned giving. Often these gifts receive tax benefits can be explained by your accountant or other professional advisor. With any gift, large or small, Assistance League of Capistrano Valley greatly appreciates your act of giving to further our efforts to provide caring and commitment through community based philanthropic projects.
