Although you can’t always tell by the outside temperature, the Coppell community knows it is fall when it sees the area behind Rejoice Lutheran Church turn into a pumpkin patch filled with pumpkins, scarecrows and gourds. Assisteens members helped with the transformation by volunteering to unload, separate and place items throughout the area in preparation for shoppers and upcoming community events. This is the 27th year for the pumpkin patch, which will be open through October 31.
