Assistance League® of Newport-Mesa luncheon fundraiser featuring Barclay Butera
Newport Beach, CA – Assistance League of Newport-Mesa presented “Dolled Up” on April 9, 2022, at the Pacific Club in Newport Beach. After a three-year hiatus, this annual fundraising event resumed featuring renowned interior designer Barclay Butera as guest speaker. This sold-out event included a luncheon, silent auction of designer/vintage handbags, and shopping at a pop up vendor boutique. Guests in attendance were also treated to the first book signing of Barclay Butera’s newly published book, The New Traditional.
Barclay Butera said “I’m thrilled to have partnered with the Assistance League of Newport-Mesa, presenting my sixth book, The New Traditional, at this year’s Dolled Up event. I am so grateful to share my body of work with our incredible community while simultaneously supporting an amazing cause that benefits local families.”
Proceeds from the event benefit the programs offered by Assistance League of Newport-Mesa, now in its 82nd year of serving local families. Their programs provide quality, low-cost dental care and orthodontics to children and young adults, clothing, books and necessities to students and their families and college scholarships to graduating high school seniors.
