The Assistance League of Newport-Mesa is so proud of our Assisteens program made up of volunteers from 7^th to 12^th grade.  Our 12^th grade Assisteens are dedicated to regularly assembling and delivering Birthday Treat Bags to birthday recipients at Shalimar Learning Center in Costa Mesa. These treats are often shared with 40 or more kids.  We value our partnership with fellow nonprofit programs like Shalimar, just one of the many ways our members work towards Transforming Lives and Strengthening Communities.
