Reaching Out Provides Welcome Home Baskets

Assistance League has been helping victims of homelessness as they transition to permanent housing. A Welcome Home kit helps supply their new home with basics for kitchen, bed and bath.

Back to school and ready to learn…that’s the goal of Assistance League’s Operation School Bell. We recently dressed children in eight Sacramento City schools. Here are some happy children and parents at Edward Kemble Elementary.

The Fresh Start program recently delivered the first group of Newborn Essentials kits to Sacramento County Department of Child, Family, Adult Services. The kits contain all the essentials needed for a new parent.
