Operation School Bell®

Operation School Bell provides new clothing and shoes to students in Head Start,  Salem Keizer Public Schools, and Chemawa Indian School.  All clothing requests are from school officials.

For Head Start and elementary students OSB regularly offers sets of clothing including shirts, pants, underwear, socks, a jacket, shoes, socks, and hygiene kits.

Our volunteers work in the Carriage House to fill the orders.  The school distirct stops daily to pick up the completed orders and deliver them to the appropriate schools.  Packing days are filled with comradery and laughter as volunteers work to match sizes and preferred colors for each student.

Middle School and High School Students receive gift cards or vouchers allowing them to shop for school appropriate clothing and shoes.
