A National Operation Bell Award was given to Elks Lodge 1558 for years of annual financial support to help Assistance League of Carlsbad, NM, buy shoes and hoodies for over 700 students in need. In addition, the Elks now help with the chapter’s Ducky Affair fundraiser by paying for supplies and providing the use of their outdoor pool and facilities for the event.
