Assistance League of Houston being recognized top of the 8th inning during a televised Major League Astros baseball game
Over 600 Assistance League family members and guests attended the Astros game September 22, 2018 at Minute Maid Park. Coordinated by Linda Hall with the Assistance League of Houston, “this event was a great success, great fun, and camaraderie with members from sister Chapters, Bay Area and Montgomery County, which made it even more special for all of us”, said Penny Son, President Assistance League of Houston. “I think it is safe to say Assistance League visibility, both nationally and locally, had a great boost by being recognized during a televised Major League Baseball game!”
