Assistance League of Charlotte, through Community Scholarship, has awarded 1-2 scholarships annually to Community Culinary School of Charlotte (CCSC) students over the last two years and anticipates awarding another one soon. In addition to CCSC requirements, having at least one child in the home is required to receive an Assistance League of Charlotte scholarship in keeping with our mission.
CCSC provides “…workforce development training and job placement assistance for adults who face barriers to long-term successful employment. Our vision is to transform the lives of our students and their families and positively impact our community.” https://communityculinary.org
