Operation Check Hunger partnered with Loaves and Fishes on July 8 to distribute FoodShare Boxes containing produce, dairy and meat items to 46 families. The event took place in our parking lot with 5 of our volunteers loading boxes from the L&F truck into clients’ vehicles. Recipients were notified of this opportunity through flyers in the Thrift Shop and postings on AL Charlotte social media and registered with Loaves and Fishes online.
