Assistance League of Greater Placer works with Stand Up Placer (SUP) whose mission is “Saving lives by empowering survivors and educating communities to stand up to domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking.” Fifty $25 gift certificates for our Thrift Shop, located at 1263 Grass Valley Hwy, Auburn in Fiddler Green Plaza, were provided for SUP clients. Mariah said the gift certificates came at the “exact right time” because the Stand Up Placer Thrift Shop in Roseville had to close unexpectedly recently. With the great prices available in the Thrift Shop, they will be sure to find lots of bargains to fulfill their needs! We were happy to partner with them to help their clients!
