Assistance League of Greater San Diego is an all-volunteer, tax-exempt 501(c)(3) corporation whose member volunteers administer programs and perform specific services to meet community needs. Funds raised by the chapter directly benefit the San Diego Community.

Purpose: To provide caring and compassionate philanthropic services to meet the challenges of individual and community needs.
A community where needs are identified and met through community-based philanthropic programs.
Commitment, integrity, leadership, accountability and respect are fundamental in all our priorities and actions.
Long-Term Goals (3-5 years)
- Sponsor fundraising activities to adequately support the chapter’s philanthropies and property needs.
- Utilize the talents and interests of all members.
- Continue our commitment to fulfilling the needs of the community through on-going assessment.
- Maintain program momentum through the strategic planning process.
