Author’s Visit at San Miguel Elementary Featuring Tony Piedra
"860 pairs of socks donated. Donations were given to Hope’s Closet to include in their bag of clothing to children in need and our "Baby Bundles” Program." Thank you for supporting the Holiday Sock Drive 2022.
Mariano Castro elementary school is one of the 11 schools in the district and is our newest partner. Castro school has about 300 students and is a linguistically and culturally vibrant school, where students and parents of diverse backgrounds are accepted and valued. We work closely with the principal to provide support to students at Castro such as books, student supplies, and headphones for remote learning.
The Sunnyvale School District acknowledged our support during this school year. The district published an article to share with the district families.
