Thank You to our Health Care Professionals

On National Doctors’ Day (March 30) 10th grade Assisteen Gia Ancone delivered to Hoag Hospital over 100 “thank you” notes handmade by our 7th-12th grade Assisteens. Thank you health care professionals for everything you have done and continue to do!

The Kids on the Block “COVID-19 Superheroes”

11th grade PAL, Nick Kim, will play the puppet part of J.J. in The Kids on the Block Video “COVID-19 Superheroes” alongside Assisteens Willa Rath and Gia Ancone.

Book Drive for Operation School Bell

Assisteens held neighborhood book drives for Operation School Bell and donated those books at our All Assisteens Meeting. 7th grade Assisteen, Keira Fiore, collected 91 books! The Thrift Shop and Treasures on Consignment are our primary sources of funding for our philanthropic programs.  Our members work hard to make sure the merchandise is always good quality, clean, and priced fairly.
