Assisteen Katie Dessel organized Operation Gratitude, a letter writing campaign to express continued appreciation to the first responders and hospital workers in our community who tirelessly fight on the front lines against COVID-19. With the help of Assisteens and her school mates at Pacifica Christian Academy, Katie gathered over 200 letters in her January campaign. All letters of gratitude were delivered to Hoag Hospital employees in February.
