Assistance League of Greater Wilmington featured elementary students’ artwork on a colorful display in our Thrift Shop from January 21 through February 27. We asked members and customers to donate $5 to help purchase art supplies for local elementary schools, with donors signing their names on an art-supply icon that was displayed prominently (as shown). The campaign brought in $1,088 which was combined with other Philanthropic funds to donate $1,000 each for art supplies to three of our Operation School Bell elementary schools, one in each of the three counties we serve, for a total donation of $3,000.
