Assistance League Coachella Valley (CA) sold the thrift shop building located in Cathedral City in June 2021. The membership supported a relocation of the shop, so a relocation committee was formed, and we set out to find a new home. In May 2022, we signed a lease on our new location in Palm Desert, CA which is more centrally located to our members and customers. The shop underwent renovations last summer and we prepared the shop for reopening in January 2023. We proudly opened on January 18, 2023.
The relocation allowed us to rebrand ourselves into more of a boutique experience. Our items for sale include gently used clothing, shoes, handbags, home decor and more! Our opening day was a huge success as were the subsequent days. Word of mouth is spreading, and we plan various marketing campaigns to bring in customers. Our beautiful shop is located at 74399 Highway 111, Suite E, Palm Desert, CA. We’re open from 10am to 4pm Wednesday through Saturday. If you’re in the area, please stop by – you’ll be glad you did!
