Assistance League Coppell members support a program called Helping Hearts where they meet each week and on a large display crossword puzzle board, work crossword puzzles with the precious senior citizens. Due to social distancing, the residence halls have asked us to provide activities for them to do in their rooms.
Assistance League Coppell collected and donated puzzle books, coloring books with crayons, puzzles and games for Coppell nursing homes. We are anxious to get back and see the smiling faces of our senior friends and work our crossword puzzles together. They are a very sharp bunch of seniors and keep us on our toes with their stories.
