The San Luis Obispo Skiers Club recently made a $500 donation to the Assistance League of San Luis Obispo County in support of its philanthropic programs.
The league consists of volunteers who serve families and children through its programs such as Operation School Bell, which provides new, school-appropriate clothing to more than 20,000 students from low-income families in the county.
