Who better to act as a fashion consultant to kids than a cool teenager?

This fall, Assistance League of Tustin has outfitted 800 local students with two complete school uniforms each, underwear, socks and a pencil box containing school supplies. Members of the league’s youth volunteer organization, Assisteens®, help each child select the right size and style.

Operation School Bell®, the Assistance League’s signature national philanthropic program, provides clothing to local children in need. Students – ranging in age from preschool to high school – are referred by school counselors, nurses and health clerks.

Assistance League of Tustin funds the program through sales generated by its thrift store at 445 El Camino Real. For more information, call 714-544-2612.
