This year’s Stork’s Nest Baby Shower and Luncheon will be held on October 14 at 10:00 a.m., at the Red Maple Pavilion in Quiet Waters Park. We hold this special shower each year to benefit the Stork’s Nest at Baltimore Washington Medical Center. The cost to attend the event is $20 (for your lunch) and a donation of a baby item to the Stork’s Nest. John M. Taylor Funeral Home has generously donated the cost of the pavilion rental and the entrance fee for all of our attendees. Just tell the gatehouse attendant that you are going to the meeting of Assistance League of the Chesapeake.
