What a beautiful weekend! It certainly didn’t seem like we are only a couple weeks away from Christmas. But, hey – maybe snow on Monday? You definitely need to wrap up the holiday shopping soon and Thrift is a great place to do that. We’ve got beautiful winter clothing, jewelry, shoes, hats, and scarves. Plus home goods, art, toys, and more. Stop by this week and pick up everything left on your gift list!
Gift-able Books
Speaking of gifts, we have a fabulous selection of nearly-new books on display right now. These books are so gently used that we describe them as “pristine,” and they make great gifts for so many reasons. (1) Books always help you learn and grow. (2) Buying used books supports the environment. (3) Thrift prices are easy on the wallet. (4) It’s good for our community, since your purchase supports our helping those in need locally. (5) It teaches others that new isn’t always necessary. (6) We have great books!!

Our holiday boutique continues, with a large selection remaining of holiday decor, gifts, toys, and more at thrift shop prices. You can find items to make your home more festive and gifts for everyone on your list.
Tuesday, December 10 is Colorado Gives Day
If you support Colorado nonprofits during this season of giving, please consider making a donation to Assistance League of Denver. While all of our Thrift Shop proceeds directly support our local philanthropic programs, that is only part of the revenue required to serve those in need. The Assistance League of Denver Thrift Shop is located at 6265 E. Evans, Suite 8, Denver 80222. We are open Monday through Saturday from 10 AM to 4PM.
Our upscale Thrift Shop is the main source of funding for our eight philanthropic programs. It is staffed and managed entirely by our member volunteers. We are proud of our reputation as one of the best and friendliest thrift shops in the Denver area. Our members work hard to make sure the merchandise is always good quality, clean, and priced fairly. Come see for yourself!
We offer quality merchandise, including a selection of antiques and collectibles. We have great clothing for men and women plus men and women’s shoes. Check out our large handbag department some of which are designer bags. You will find books for every age, toys, housewares, linens, home decor, seasonal items, and jewelry all at affordable prices.

Thrift Shop Donations
Your donations are always appreciated! Donations are tax deductible and a receipt will be provided.
Please bring your “gently used” items to the Thrift Shop door in the back of the building. Ring the bell and we will gladly assist you in dropping off your items. There is ample parking in the back area.
For safety reasons, donations are accepted only during business hours. We take your donations Monday through Saturday from 11AM-2PM, OR UNTIL FULL. Please, do NOT leave items outside when we are closed as they will be damaged by the weather. Call 720 638-3650 for questions.
