We partner with Aspiranet one of California’s largest and most successful social services organizations.  Together we serve children and teens who have been removed from their homes due to family crisis. The young clients come to Aspiranet often wearing no shoes and only the clothes on their backs. Volunteers in our Receiving Center Backpacks program assemble backpacks for each child awaiting placement in foster care. Backpacks contain comforting age appropriate clothing, shoes, [diapers for the little ones], a wellness kit with hygiene and grooming items, and a coloring book with crayons.
