On September 29, Community Partners from Walnut Creek Rotary assisted Assistance League Diablo Valley Operation School Bell volunteers in providing uniforms for schoolchildren in Mt. Diablo and Pittsburg school districts.  Each child’s family placed orders for clothing through the school, and volunteers assembled the ordered uniforms into personalized reusable tote bags. Every bag contained 6 pairs of socks, 6 pairs of underwear, 1 sweatshirt, 2 pairs of pants/skorts, and 3 shirts.
