Sheila Osann, founding president of Assistance League of Greater Wilmington, was presented the Anne Banning Leadership Award on October 6, in recognition of her leadership and accomplishments. Osann’s contributions include the publication of the Thrift Shop’s bi-monthly ad email, the formation of Middle School Shopping Night, and serving in various offices on the Board of Directors. As a member of the National Assistance League Chapter Formation committee, she has impacted many chapters in the country.
