Assistance League of Northern Virginia is holding an information session at the Herndon Fortnightly Library, 768 Center Street, in Herndon, on Wednesday, November 9, from 10:30 am till noon.  Our chapter is the perfect organization for people who want to invest in our community by helping improve the lives of some of the most vulnerable.  A few current members will be on hand at the session to discuss our philanthropic programs that feed, clothe, and comfort elementary school students and families and to explain how you can help not only with our primary programs – Weekend Food for Kids, New Clothing for Kids, Literacy for Kids, and Operation Hugs – but also with the many other tasks that are essential to ensure continuation of our important. services.

Visit our website:  www.ALNV.org and see our many events and activities in the community.  Or contact: membership@alnv.org if you have questions or need more information.

We hope to see you there!
