Act soon to reserve a table for you and your guests at our Literary Luncheon and Fundraiser on Sunday, April 28, at the Chantilly National Golf and Country Club in CentrevilleThe deadline is April 14.

Enjoy a delectable meal in a beautiful setting, then hear distinguished authors Judith Pearson and Christopher Gorham discuss their biographies of two remarkable women who played a significant role in mid-century American history: Mary Lasker (The Crusade to Heal America) and Anna Rosenberg (The Confidante).

But that’s not all!  Our auctioneer will lead the bidding on trips to Dublin, Tuscany, St. Croix, and the African Safaris that were so popular at last year’s luncheon.  Our silent auction items provide a range of items and price points to accommodate most budgets.  The most unique item is a 3-night stay at a home on Lake Monticello, VA, that sleeps up to eight.  The locale is rich in history and wineries, making it a perfect destination for a weekend getaway.

You’ll want to arrive early – starting at 11 am — to view and bid on the silent auction items, review the live auction packages, purchase the authors’ books, and have them signed by the authors.  Our keynote speaker will discuss the challenges faced by students at her Title 1 elementary school and how our chapter has helped them overcome those challenges.

Be sure to reserve your place at the table today so you don’t miss this fantastic event!  Use this link: ALNV2024.eventbrite.com  to buy tickets and view details about the luncheon program.  Or scan the QR code on the flyer.
