Do you have unwanted sneakers taking up room in your closet? Did you miss the return date for a pair that doesn’t quite fit?  We have been collecting new and gently used sneakers as a fundraising program through GotSneakers.com for several years. Sneakers that are wearable are sold to people who might not otherwise be able to afford new shoes. Sneakers that can’t be worn are saved from the landfill and are recycled to make playgrounds and tracks. ALNV receives financial compensation for each pair that is sold and that money helps support our programs that provide food, clothing and books to local school children in need. It’s a Win, Win, Win situation!

Several members are collecting sneakers in  their neighborhoods. If you have sneakers to donate, please send an email to the member nearest you to receive the address for that dropbox.
