Despite the affluence in Northern Virginia, many families here can’t afford new clothing as the seasons change.  Spring has long been associated with new outfits to lift spirits and mark the transition of seasons.  Our March Wish List featuring short sleeve shirts provides an opportunity for members of the community to give children in need the joy of new clothes and enhanced confidence and self-esteem.  Great opportunities to help others seldom come, but small ones surround us every day.
