Navigator Program
ALP, in partnership with the Pasadena Senior Center, has created the Senior Navigator Program to assist seniors who lost their homes because of the Eaton Fire. The Navigator program pairs a senior with a volunteer who will assist them in addressing the impact of the Eaton fires on their lives and properties. Navigators will be trained to assist with developing inventory lists, creating action plans, completing applications for assistance, drafting correspondence with insurance companies, government agencies, FEMA and SBA and providing referrals to subject matter experts as necessary.
