THE KIDS ON THE BLOCK®

To reach our goal of educating youth, Assistance League of Visalia  volunteers use large puppets for performances in elementary schools.  Students in the third and fourth grades are entertained with instructive scripts addressing social issues, such as bullying, drugs, tolerance, and respect for the disabled.  The students ask the puppets questions at the end of each performance and send the Kids on the Block  performers wonderful thank-you letters.
