Pavé Fine Jewelry hosts an Assistance League of Bend night during First Friday Art Walk in downtown Bend each year to raise funds for Operation School Bell®. They generously donate a percentage of sales for the evening and hold a raffle to help clothe children in our community. In addition, the owner makes and donates homemade smoked salmon for Assistance League to sell during the Art Walk. This annual event not only provides financial support for our philanthropic programs; it also increases public awareness of Assistance League of Bend.
The Bend Downtown Library hosts a Volunteer Expo each year where civic-minded individuals who want to make a positive impact can find ways to volunteer in the community. Assistance League of Bend is honored to participate in this community event where select organizations gather for one day to provide information to individuals who are interested in making a difference in their community and becoming a volunteer.
Assistance League of Bend was honored to be selected as one of West Coast Provisions Change for Change nonprofit recipients. Locally owned and operated, West Coast Provisions, offers a curated selection of groceries, wine, beer, prepared foods, and unique home goods and gifts. Vistors to West Coast Provisions during April, May, and June 2025 dropped their spare change in the donation jar and helped uplift local families facing hardship.
