Ken Clark was nominated by our ALNC members as Volunteer of the Year for 2025-2026. Nancy Schaefer made the announcement on August 7th at a pizza party event held at Beverly and Jerry Charles’ home. He will be honored at the North County Philanthropy Volunteer Awards’ Ceremony on October 17th. “This award honors an individual whose selfless dedication and service have made significant impact on their organization and the community. The recipient exemplifies the spirit of volunteerism through their passion, commitment, and leadership, inspiring others to give back and make a difference.” This description truly exemplifies Ken’s traits as a leader in our chapter.
Ken has spent countless hours with National Assistance League establishing the new League Link tech system. He chairs our tech committee and is a member of our board of directors. He is at all our chapter meetings helping others with their technology needs and making sure they are connected to League Link. He works on our website, upgrading it constantly to make sure the latest news and events are available to our membership. Ken has taken on the challenging responsibility of updating our memberships directory and is always available for a phone call or text to help others. We genuinely appreciate and are gratefully for all he does.
