Filling the Gap for Students and Teachers
Links to Learning volunteer members work with Saddleback Valley Unified School District teachers to identify projects that are needed to encourage new innovative approaches to learning and that are not easily funded through traditional channels. The classroom project must provide the following benefits:
-
-
- Enhances and improves the effectiveness of the teacher’s instruction
- Encourages student engagement through interdisciplinary instruction, collaboration and project-based learning
- Improve/increases students’ social, emotional learning
- Encourages STEAM sustainable energy or conservation programs at the school level
