Senior Neighborhood Fellowship began in 1981 with the purpose of serving senior citizens living in the Glendale area. Most luncheons are held the second Wednesday on the month during the school year. Our members serve the lunch and the seniors often partake in the entertainment especially during the annual Thrift Alley fashion show.

Other entertainment includes Bingo, local school choirs, therapy dogs and a magician. The month of their birthday, participants receive a small gift and Happy Birthday is sung. Fun is had by all. Upon leaving, everyone receives a lunch favor that has been made by the Assisteens®and most immediately sign up for the next month.
