The Vocational Training program is designed to provide associates with meaningful learning and career opportunities. We partner with Tierra Del Sol, a local organization that serves children and adults with developmental disabilities to help them achieve their potential and become productive citizens. This partnership began in 2005. 

When the associates come to volunteer, their helpfulness is immeasurable. Alongside their trainer, they receive donations, process clothing, help open the thrift shop, and set up for our luncheons. Anywhere from 3-6 associates come daily to the thrift shop and are always eager to lend a hand.
