Events

Christmas in July

This is always a fun event. We set up Christmas items, including decorated trees in our Chapter House. Customers are invited to shop for three days and there is always a line!

(may be held in an alternate month)

Silent Auction

We hold a bi-monthly silent auction instore. Unique items are chosen and put on display for bidding. Items are eligible for bidding ‘silently’ until the day of the auction, then a live auction occurs. Some items from past auctions have included a signed original script for the television show ER, a collection of rare foreign money, Tiffany jewelry and vintage collectibles.

JEWELRY

Jewelry is definitely a favorite for our customers. Our resident jewelry expert, Rita T., gets items appraised to make sure you are getting the most bang for your buck. She works tirelessly to keep the displays looking great and is always happy to answer questions about the pieces.

Thrift Alley

Quality Merchandise
and Friendly Volunteers!

The thrift shop is the main source of funding for our seven philanthropic programs.  It is staffed and managed entirely by members and community volunteers. Our members work hard to make sure all donations to Thrift Alley are quickly processed, of good quality, clean, and priced fairly. Come check us out!

We offer quality merchandise, including a selection of antiques and collectibles, men’s, women’s, and children’s apparel and shoes, books for every age including cookbooks, baby clothes and accessories, sporting goods, toys, housewares, linens, home décor, seasonal items, and jewelry. We even have a designer rack with great women’s and men’s pieces.

A look inside

We moved into this location in 2003. The building itself used to be a mortuary and the current shop was their garage that housed their vehicles. In the last two years, a new floor has been installed and the store is constantly looking for ways to entice more customers in the doors.

You’re sure to always find a deal at Thrift Alley

We’re constantly receiving and processing donations. Items go out to the sales floor daily. We have a half price and $1 sale every month. Our toy section has everything from puzzles, dolls, and games to matchbox cars. Come in, grab a basket and you’ll find something to take home.
