Thank you to Barnes & Noble for organizing a book drive for ALSJ during the 2018 holiday season. We received 772 books which we were able to distribute among several of our philanthropic programs. The ten schools in the Readers Are Leaders program, Santa Clara Valley Medical Center, Family Supportive Housing and the Mother’s Reading Program With Shelter received between 50 and 65 books each. We are so appreciative of the support that Barnes & Noble gives to our chapter.
