Lynda, a member of our Caring Hands program, is using her creativity to add some special touches to her hand-crocheted blankets and hats. She says, “I loved doing the Minnie Mouse because the blanket matches her dress and I added the bow at the top of the hat to replicate her bow on her head. The fox blanket is so sweet and I loved crocheting the mini fox head on the hat and then painted in his face.” These special blankets are now finished and ready to go to Valley Medical Center where they will be given to newborn babies.
