Readers Are Leaders volunteers create activities to supplement the books they will read to students in 52 San Jose 2nd and 3rd grade classrooms. They recently met to read all of the 2023-24 books and brainstorm ideas for activities. These activities will enrich the students’ reading experience, make reading more fun and help instill a lifelong love of reading. Over 1400 students will receive enrichment activities every month.
